The Quittin’ Time Smoking Cessation Program
received an honourable mention for the Healthy
Workforce Productivity Award in March. The award,
presented by the Integrated Benefits Institute and
the National Business Coalition on Health,
recognizes leadership in the area of health and
productivity and honours employers that have worked
with its employees to develop, implement and measure
innovative health and productivity initiatives.
Quittin’ Time won the Corporate Health Promotion
Award presented by the BC Medical Association in
2010. The Association recognizes organizations
working to improve the health and safety of British
Columbians by demonstrating leadership in health
promotion.
